Warranty

Polyglaze products are manufactured under a quality management system aligned with applicable ISO standards and are warranted to conform to the specifications stated in the respective current Technical Data Sheets (TDS) at the time of supply.

In the event that a product is proven to be defective and non-conforming, Polyglaze’s liability shall be limited exclusively to the replacement of the defective material, subject to inspection and verification.

Any claim must be reported in writing within five (5) working days from the date the defect is identified.

This warranty applies only to the product supplied and does not cover application, installation, workmanship, site conditions, or compatibility with other materials, which are beyond the company’s control.

Disclaimer

The technical information, recommendations, and application guidelines provided on this website are based on laboratory tests, practical experience, and current technical knowledge and are given in good faith.

Since site conditions, methods of application, surface preparation, and end-use conditions vary and are beyond the control of Polyglaze, no guarantee of performance or results is expressed or implied.

Polyglaze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, project delays, downtime, or costs related to removal and reinstallation of materials.
